Level 1 : Beginners: Introduction to Tennis
Students will be introduced to the basic skills and fundamentals of tennis including forehand, backhand, serve and volley. Emphasis is on proper stroke technique while enjoying the game. Duration: 1 ½ hours.
Level 2 : Early Intermediate
Students will be taught stroke production and tennis related games with focus on tactics and strategy in singles and doubles. Weekly work-outs and match-play. Duration: 1 ½ hours.
Level 3 : Advanced Intermediate
Advanced strategy techniques which suit the players style of play; mastery of power and spin, and strong second serves. Doubles strategy with aggressive net play, and singles strategies with strong directional control. Duration: 1 ½ hours.
Level 4: Club Level A
A High-Performance type of training for club players in preparation for team tennis and Inter-Club
competition Duration: 2 hours.
